Lisa Lundh- Lost 40 Scale Lbs And Dropped 4 Dress Sizes!

“First, I would like to say that I have never seen myself as a very attractive person. I was always finding flaws in myself. I am still a work in progress, but hope that one day I will see an attractive person looking back in the mirror. It has taken my over 20 years to make this simple statement. I still battle with feelings of guilt from time to time, but am trying to see the bigger picture. A healthy mom is a better person and role model for all the family. I worked third shift for many years and had always gone to all of my children’s school functions and other activities, even if it meant forfeiting my sleep after working 8 to 12
hour shifts. To keep me going, I would always recite a verse from one of my
favorite Bon Jovi songs, I’ll sleep when I’m dead, and just kept on trudging
along.

I think that I was getting pretty close to getting that sleep. I was always tired, and
lethargic. I didn’t feel like doing anything outside of what I had to do, like
work and family activities. I was having some issues with elevated blood
pressure, decreased stamina and was beginning to be afraid that I would soon be battling other familiar issues, like diabetes and thyroid conditions, that were
running ramped among other members of my family.

I have a wonderful career as a registered nurse, and enjoy helping others make
improvements in their lives, but like so many of my colleagues, I failed
miserably in taking care of my own health and wellbeing. I started to feel like
a real hypocrite when trying to educate patients on exercise and nutrition, when
I myself was packing an extra 80 pounds and not setting the best example.

The morning that I watched the Morning Blend with Get Sexy Boot Camps’ appearance was a wake up call. I had tried diets in the past, but was never motivated enough to see them through, because I always felt discouraged and deprived.

I had to think about what it was going to mean to my already stressed schedule. The 45 minutes three times per week for the group workouts, along with another 30 minutes three times per week for personal cardio training, equaled 225 minutes per week or 3.75 hours. I was probably spending that much time watching TV each night, and not reaping any benefits.

This past 20 weeks I have reaped enormous benefits. I’ve lost 40 scale lbs and gone down from a size 18 to 10, and am felling increased strength, have more energy and stamina, and feel sexier. I enjoy the foods that I eat, and have even found ways to incorporate some of my favorite foods into the eating program. I don’t feel deprived or discouraged, with the fantastic results.

I would like to tell other moms that this is the most unselfish gift that you can give your family, a renewed, energetic and sexier mom!

what they’re talking about over the internet.
You certainly understand how to bring an issue to
light and make it important. More and more people should look at this
and understand this side of the story. I can’t believe you’re
not more popular given that you surely possess the gift.
